It was well protected. everything was exactly as described and it worked perfectly as soon as I connected it--sounds wonderful. It is probably worth more than I paid for it, so I am very pleased. I highly recommend this seller and this product. The seller cautioned me that I would need a 100volt transformer to use in USA and also that I might have to pay more in tariffs. Great communication.
