Good investment for dental hygiene. Well recommended product.
So far experience of using this electric Oral-B iO 7.0 toothbrush has been really great. It cleans very well as expected. Still trying to get the habit of using it properly. So far have been able to use only the "Daily Clean" function. Haven't tried the other functions yet. I also clean tongue using the "Daily Clean" function. The magnet of the charging base could be a bit stronger so that the brush won't fall off so easily from its base. While cleaning the top of the sink and mirror after each brushing, I have to be a bit extra careful not to accidentally hit & drop the brush inside the sink. The Oral-B app has some cool interactive features that determines the brushing duration and pressure to apply on the brush. It keeps track of how well we are brushing and keeps motivating us to keep brushing correctly every time. Overall, a good investment for our dental hygiene without any complains. I registered the brush with the manufacturer for warranty purposes. Purchased 6 extra brush heads on sale recently. We replaced 10-year old Sonicare brushes with this new technology. SO happy to feel cleaner and more thoroughly protected from dental problems associated with poor hygiene. This is a great leap forward compared to my older Oral-B (which I referred to as "the spinner"). The new one offers many cleaning options and I am not yet familiar with them. The option I regard as everyday cleaning does an excellent job. When done my teeth feel clean and smooth. Thorough and fun to use
I was really skeptical about spending so much on a toothbrush, but truth be told this was a MASSIVE deal compared to the retail cost plus tax. That being said, the brush works really well too. If you've been recommended by a dentist or oral hygenist to invest in something to assist with your oral health, this is a very solid investment. The brush comes with an app that helps track and monitor your daily brushing. You can focus on breath, gums, or whitening. There are even modes for sensitivity and braces. The unit charges quickly and holds a charge well. A travel kit is also included. I did a lot of research and this was by far the best value for money I could find. My husband really likes his too. It sounds crazy, but I really look forward to brushing now - I like seeing the little smiley face that indicates a job well done. Switched to OralB from Sonicare
We had two sonicare toothbrushes fail. One at 1.5 years and one at two years. One was replaced under warranty. The other was denied. The Oral-B seems to clean better, so time will tell if it holds up.
