      Unfortunately, this is the first time this has happened to me, but I had to pay the courier a customs clearance fee of €47, after the package remained in customs in Milan (Italy) for 17 days. And it arrived 8 days after the last delivery day. That said, the package was well protected. As described, apart from a booklet with detached pages. I have already purchased from Steve and have always had a great experience. Advised.
