I ordered this item on the 4th. Seller did not even provide a tracking number for 5 days before shipping. Total time took 12 days. When package arrived it arrived from Amazon. Not the seller. This appears this is just a drop shipper. Buy from Amazon. Better communication, faster service, same pricing. I will not use again.

    I used to have very cracked lips, they used to bleed too. But that stopped after just 3 days of constantly wearing this lip balm! Smells so good, like mint and gives a pretty matte look!
