    Assuming the product specs are correct , these contain the desired amount of omega 3 and related substances that I need , They are easy to swallow and actually smell good instead of the fishy odor of the others I have tried . Some careful shopping will get these to your home at a very reasonable price .

    Hard to be specific as it is hard to know what this product does. Its not like you feel different. Its smaller size and strength allow for a one day dosage of a small gel capsule vs large gel capsules twice a day.
