- d***9 (452)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchasei run a holiday let and had previously bought 5 mattresses a few years ago , i asked for a like for like and was guided to buy a different mattress , however when i was delivered and tried it was much firmer than the ones we previously , so i asked for a refund within the 14 day period. Only to be told if its been opened i cant get a refund , then when i pointed out that is against my statutory rights they then replied with send it back and we will inspect it. meaning WE WILL FIND FAULT...AVOID!
