    I placed an order at the end of July, and the seller created the shipping label soon afterwards, but USPS never received the package. I waited a month before messaging the seller to ask about the situation, but even after sending multiple messages and waiting more than two weeks for a response I unfortunately never received a reply. After after almost two months with no shipping updates or communication I ultimately had no choice but to escalate the situation to eBay.
