Item was totally different and inferior to what was listed and seller claimed it was from France but it was China. Had over a month of hell trying to get refund. Seller was trying to get me to return outside of transaction. Ireland customer service eventually got my refund and even they couldn't believe the mess they caused. Beware, I mean seriously, BEWARE!

Managed to get the payment no problem. It could be argued that several Ebay operatives have no idea and need to retrain to stop buyers who are being cheated. A terrible experience with Ebay customer service and the Seller. It was not me who supplied a dodgy item. Its the buyers who keep ebay going. Rubbish experience and items puts buyers Off Ebay
