    I was told by a friend of mine to give these a go i am so glad I did tried allsorts for the menopause n wow these have worked a treat feel more me again took 4 weeks to kick in but noticed a difference after 2 .hubby doesn't aft to sleep with one eye open any more lol 😃💜
