Then said the item had been returned to them. I never received it. The tracking no gave no information. They they told me that I would receive the item in 1-5 days. Still not arrived. Then they told me it would take 7-12 days and possible 3-5 days over that. I ordered it for my 2nd grand-daughters birthday she be 18 years old by the time it arrives and even then I am doubtful she would get it.
