They advertised as using Yodel as the courier and the package was declined as they used courier that was not used at the delivery point. Seller agreed to resend the item and then out the blue refunded without any notification or reason. Total waste of my time and I lost out buying from other sellers of the same item. I only had one copy, which is now lost in the Royal Mail un-returned system. I lost the book and the sale and the postage.
