The product was received in a very reasonable time with door-to-door service (3 days!). The value for the item purchased was quite fair and it shows that the item was greatly cared for. Parcel was well packaged with tape and bubble wrap even. Shipping experience could have been better, but this was likely due to the carrier as opposed to seller. The site was not intuitive to use and didn't provide useful information for package tracking.
