Outer parcel was unopened and inner package was sealed but the spare replacement mop head was missing. Despite several messages to seller, only replies I received stated the parcel had been delivered. I confirmed parcel had been delivered...that was never in dispute...but they didn't seem to understand that an item was missing and did not respond to that. I raised a dispute with ebay but the seller still did not address missing item. Thankfully ebay refunded.
