Got through on telephone, told was with import team, then not in this country. Seller had to initiate investigation with DPD, took a week to find. 8th May DPD delivery in morning - didn't happen. Then afternoon - didn't happen. Later message "running late, with you shortly"; later "missed you" ?? hadn't bothered, knocked off??
