      Set me back a little bit and that cost me. Told my plumber I had purchased a boiler on line and we agreed a date… only to be advised the next day that you had ran out of stock… when you pay up front using a credit or debit card you have to wait until funds clear before a refund can be issued… then it’s another wait for moneys to appear… all took time which delayed everything which cost… If you had advertised “out of stock” or “coming soon” I would have gone elsewhere… Communication was ok.
