      Got the drives this morning, the packaging was amazing. The drives were wrapped in bubble wrap, placed inside a bubble pocket/envelope and then in a cardboard box. They were exactly as described in the ad and really good value for money plus free postage. These were a no brainer will definitely be using again. Just waiting for the SAS controller to arrive to be able to test the drives. 10/10 excellent company to deal with.

      Amazing customer service and a very responsive seller – truly appreciated the communication and effort throughout the transaction.       Item arrived well packaged and appeared as described. However the computer did not function as intended due to internal damage that must have taken place during transit. Seller contacted and was very understanding of the situation. It was unable to be repaired so they offered a return. It took just over a week for me to arrange this and the seller was very patient. Communication throughout was excellent and a full refund was issued. The seller handled the situation brilliantly. Thanks again.
