The chart is also a real bonus as it gives a good idea of what the body fat should be. My only with is that the writing on the chart could be a bit bigger so it was easier to see.

Presumably one is meant to be erect and vertical. If one does the measurement with a colleague une can take an aggregate of fold thickness at other sites too. Instructions for doing this would be appreciated.
