A heavy item in a big box without any additional packaging inside was always going to be problematic. Luckily it was wrapped in bubble wrap and that saved it just, with very slight damage to one corner where the bubble wrap had failed. The box itself was open /wrecked (photo added). A quick message to say a signature was required on delivery would have been useful, I would have stayed home. Otherwise very good.
