    The seller did not have the item that he listed, so that was the 1st issue and the 2nd issue is that he provided a tracking number and stated that it was sent which how can you send an item that you do not have and then lastly, I asked for a refund. He said that he could send me a differentitem or wait and I said no that I’d rather just have a refund. He said that he would refund me, but then never did contacted him again and he said that he would refund me and never has.
