I was kept informed via their app and shortly after being notified that the driver was 5 stops away, was told that it would not be possible to deliver as scheduled. Arrived safely the day after (having been re-directed by a neighbour - the photo taken by the delivery driver was of the neighbour's door). The seller was great in every respect!
