Seller stated the item would be shipped within 24 hours and would arrive in 4 days but the item took 4 days just to ship out and 9 days to arrive. Could have been a little faster hence the $66 shipping cost but besides that I had no issues and would definitely recommend the seller. 👍

    The item was packaged fairly well, but could have had more padding around the item for stability. The antenna was broken when it arrived, but the seller compensated me for that damage. I think for the cost of shipping it could have been packaged better given that the original box did not provide much support for the item. Besides the antenna, the device arrived as described and the purchase price was a great value for the product. Very responsive seller who is willing to help you out!

    Good but not great. It seems like it still needs to have some bugs worked out.

    So far, this lock is working. I needed to replace zigbee ones that I had in my house and this one works well since it's bluetooth and wifi. The overall impression isn't finished forming yet because I've only had it installed for a few days. The set up was really rough and it took a long time to get it to connect to wifi and register. Every change you make in the app requires it to "sync" and the lock is inoperable until that is done. I haven't been able to get the integration to work well with Google Home yet but my wife has. She is listed as the "home owner" in the app and I'm an admin. So I think that makes a difference but more testing is needed. If that is the case then that sucks because we both need access to the lock in routines and voice control. We don't want to use the Kwikset ...

I have an Android, so can operate with Google Assistant, tied into Google Home, Kwikset AP is also really easy to install and setup. 250 User Codes, 1 Button Lock on Exit, etc, Very Good Product.

    Secure and easy to install!

    This is the most cost effective and intelligent lock I have ever used. It was simple to set up and took less than a 1/2 hour with smartphone app. The instructions were incredibly easy to follow with each labeled on separate boxes containing the parts associated with each step. Kwikset is tops in my book! It was easy to set up on my smart home system as well.

    KwikSet Halo Lock

    This unit comes with "SmartKey" device. D.I.Y. rekey lock to match other lock in the house. The unit is also battery powered. It has a "Low Battery" warning that will show up on connected smart devices. The batteries are easy the change. Pretty easy to install (must have drill and right size drill / hole saw. Once installed, the Kwikset Halo's operation was smooth. It can be programmed with hundreds of codes for different people to enter and send a notification to connected smart device which code was used to enter and time/date stamped. Highly recommend this product.
