They refused to accept responsibility and accused me of being abusive, which I certainly was not. They then threatened to cancel the order. Also the panels came directly from Wickes which is not mentioned anywhere in the listing or even on there official website. Had Wickes not phoned me then I would not have known until delivery. To add insult to injury the panels have multiple damage and flaws.. After delivery, all 8 panels were falsely reported as damaged, and the buyer refused to allow collection or inspection, which made it impossible to verify the claim. Despite this, he kept the items and received a full refund. I believe this was a dishonest attempt to exploit the system.Follow-up from: c***c- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.All 8 panels were not damaged. And I only asked for a partial refund for the damaged panels which was refused. I tried to have the items collected but the seller wouldn't initiate the return through eBay so I wouldn't have been covered by the money back guarantee. Also the seller doesn't have any stock, items are sent from other building merchants and DIY stores with a mark up which isn't mentioned in the listings, avoid at all costs.
