Turns out the seller decided to sell the essential accessories separately for a bigger profit, but this wasn't reflected in the original price, which was pretty much market value. We didn't include any other items nor any further descriptions. The buyer collected the pool in person - it was big and heavy - but he didn't ask 'where are the other things, i.e., the ladder?'. He left happy. Then a month later he got in touch asking for more pool kit (ladder, pump, etc.). We paid a lot for our pool at the time & listed it for what we thought it was worth.
