    A ‘doddle’ to set up.

    The set up takes you through the whole process on screen, simply and quickly. The features provided are as good as those on the Virgin box it replaces. One minor issue is the rather restricted programme guide which only shows ‘Now & Next’ without having to scroll across. The picture quality is excellent. Very pleased with it.

    Great product, pairing function not available just yet

    This is an excellent quality product, however, I could not pair this with my smart phone so that I could use the phone as a remote control for the box, eventually a Freesat agent told me that the pairing function on 4K recordable boxes doesn't work yet! They said it should be working in "about a couple of weeks" - review left on 30.7.20

    Functional box

    Was easy but time consuming to set up. however once that was done there was no problem using it However you cannot watch one channel and record on another at the same time I have no idea why It’s 4 k so my tv picture is slightly better than with my older human box On the whole a good buy

    Freesat box

    All works well easy and quick to setup I only need the one remote to switch on TV and freesat box and adjust volume on sound bar. Only down side no way to add apps on demand Ch4 Disney Spotify and others. I have to go onto my smart TV to get these witch means using Tv remote.

    Freesat 4K set top box

    Very light & has lots of great functions and can hold many hours of recordings which are digitally displayed for playback. My previous box allowed you to copy recording from the box to an external device in MP4 format to be played on a PC, however, this box does not have that feature. All-in-all a good product.
