    A little bit will do it!!

    I have been using sugar substitute for years, but had to switch to Equal, since my usual brand was not available. It works just as well, for my morning coffee to spicing bean casseroles from the crock pot. It dissolves quickly in hot or cold liquids and keeps calories at bay. I would buy it again.
