I paid for shipping and the item was flopping around in the box with little padding and no protection for small fragile parts. I dont know how this seller has 100% positive feedback. If they handle all packages like mine, they don't know how to properly ship an item. It even looks like maybe the small parts were broken before shipped. The product was shipped in a box and is in a hardshell case the was not damaged. None of the lights were damaged, just the barn doors. If this they were damaged in the way he claims, I am not sure how anyone would be able to take them on a shoot without damage. Shipping was not slow. Buyer Paid on October 6th and the package arrived on October 14. Would have arrived on October 13, but USPS was closed for Columbus Day.
