      Charger good. Supplied cable and 3 pin plug not so good.

      The charger I received is identical in every way to my original charger so I am sure it is a genuine Canon product. It charges the batteries OK and operates exactly as my original charger does. But, as someone else has indicated, the supplied power cable's 3 pin plug is not up to UK standard. The one I received was like nothing I've seen for sale in the UK. The plug is fully sealed and very small. So small in fact that there didn't appear to be space for a fuse to fit inside I cut the plug apart to have a look inside and this confirmed to me that the plug does not have a fuse inside. Not good!! Consequently, I will not be using the cable supplied, I will be using a genuine UK one. However, if the charger continues to work ok then it is still good value for money at a fraction of the price ...

      I don’t think it’s a genuine canon product

      Not happy with this charger at all. I don’t think it’s genuine the three pin plug on this charger has no fuse incorporated I’ve never seen this in all the years I’ve been an electrician and o am now retired . I’ve not used this charger and have no intention of doing so .

      Genuine article .They can be made in uk ,china or japan! Printing can vary! lots of poor batteries about. lots of research needed to pinpoint the genuine article.
