      they said sent out so dont them.. so royal mail lost it the shop gave my money back sent out 24th so l blame royal mail no fault to shop

      We provided the tracking and it was "lost" by Royal Mail. Buyer asked for refund so we gave it. His comment says he blames Royal Mail as he lnows we sent it and puts no blame on us, yet still negs us for it. Hey Ho, soon be Xmas, I'm sure Grinch will have a coupke more negs for us this month, he usually does this time of year, along with all the "lost" parcels, that will appear for sale at some pallet warehouse company who manages to "find" them all and sell by the ton!
