    Solid camera with tons of features

    Solid camera with tons of features (almost too many). Fairly big learning curve. Thankfully, lots of videos on you tube and some auto settings that will give good results. It's a good weight and built solidly. I chose this camera because I have a lot of Pentax lenses (two previous Pentax cameras, one film and one digital). Even though it's older now, at one time, this was the flagship DSLR for Pentax (non-professional). There were two full-frame cameras for the pros. Still early in my practice stages, but already getting some good results.

    12 years old but image quality is on par with modern cameras

    The camera works perfectly and came with a battery and charger. I can use my old Pentax K-mount lens and practice fully manual with it. Image quality is great.

    Great beginner to intermediate camera!

    It arrived in excellent condition and allows me to take great photos. I wish I had realized that one of the D-rings was missing, but I was able to order one to replace it so I could attach a camera strap to it. That's my only complaint.

    A Very Good Camera At A Good Price

    The Pentax K-3 is a very capable camera with good weather sealing for outdoor photography. Pentax has a great lineup of quality new lenses and any of their lenses made in the past will fit as well. The used market makes the K-3 a good value now too.
