    You can definitely trust this seller. I bought an open boxed breville. It arrived promptly and although it was well-packed there was a crack in the water tank. I notified seller. She quickly responded, apologized and sent a new water tank by express mail (no charge to me.) New tank arrived quickly. Machine works great. Essentially a new machine. Seller provided pics that showed a few scratches, but they don't show. And the discount offered was substantial. Couldn't be happier.

That indicated it took four days to find the time to process the order. This was about 30% off retail price so I guess patience will save you money.
