    A good simple camera (especially if you've used one before and have the accessories!).

    It was just what I needed (when I needed) because I'd just lost my Powershot A570! Because I had all the accessories from my previous camera, it was OK that the camera came on its own. This would have made it difficult for a buyer who hadn't had one previously (and didn't know how to use it - there were no instructions) - but it was OK for me. What I wasn't happy about was that there was no memory card included. I bought it because, like my previous camera, it has a viewfinder as well as a screen viewer (the latter is often difficult to see when sun shining on it). Disappointed that it didn't have "stitch assist" which my previous model has (this enables you to take a series of pics which you can make into a panorama). Why has Canon stopped this useful feature?! But overall pleased ...

    A good usedcamera to buy

    I bought this used as it gave me more control and quality than as similarly sized mobile phone camera. Everything worked perfectly and it's much easier to get a well composed photo than using a phone. Good battery usage and a doddle to use with good final results.

    Ideal compact camera.

    This Canon camera was exactly the same as the one I had been using - and used to - for some years. That had been water damaged and this was a perfect replacement. It's a useful compact camera and I was pleased to obtain another in such good condition and really good value.

    Waste of time.

    I now have two cameras that are the same . Both of the tell me to "renew the batteries". When I do the message repeats itself. I've given up on them both and have purchased a Canon Ixus digital camera and so fa, so good. BOTH CAMERAS WILL NOW BE BINNED. Any feedback would be appreciated. John Timson
