      Shipping was adequate but USPS is struggling, not the sellers fault. Packing was supreme, the bill was not adequately described so the bill is going back (See photo.) The crease across the width of the bill is ready to split the bill in half. The value was good based on the description. I wish seller would consider continuing business with me but "You my first return." might be why he isn't.
