I have used some darker shades of surrounds from other manufacturers, but the fitment and the offset of their parts isn't as true to original as these, and the color is not bad, looks like a vintage VS series should look , to me. I was very happy with the appearance after completing, although I don't much care for the foam guard glossy effect and its finished look, I will use them without it next time, as I did a pair both ways, prefer without.
