I tried to return this item. I was promised a return label that I never received and contacted the seller many times with no direction as to where I could find the label they kept saying was sent. I never found it in any of our correspondence. The item is made in China, has a very high pitched tone that hurts the ears. I was not happy with this product at all. Very cheap and didn’t scale when tried.
