When the sandals arrived they did not match the colour of the bag I wished to use with them. This had nothing to do with the seller’s description, it’s difficult to match an item to an image onscreen. I requested a refund and have been delighted with the process used by the seller. The return was really easy and I was not charged a fee. The refund was received by my bank within a couple of days after the returned sandals were posted.
