    Perfect Solution

    I added an aftermarket amp and subwoofer to my car and didn't want to pull the factory head unit out of the dash to look for a wire to use to activate the sub when the radio was turned on. I've done that in the past and have always created a new creaking sound or squeak after reassembling the dash. I pulled the door skins off to tap into the speaker wires as required and door skins tend to go back on without creating any annoying new sounds. The remote 12v signal this thing puts out is exactly what I was looking for and it works flawlessly! Turns the amp on and off with the radio through a capacitive circuit (I'm guessing) because there is a delay in both turning on and off the amp which indicates and charge and discharge cycle. Very happy!

    Misleading!! No knob!!

    The reason ordered this particular item is because I showed a bass knob. Well when I received the product it did not come with one. Bumbed. Good product, just disappointed about not getting what i thought I had ordered.

    Good little converter.

    Works like it is supposed to. Good for adding subs to a factory system. I liked the ability to adjust the output voltage. And the built in remote wire was a plus. Not having to run an extra wire for the ignition source.
