Exactly what I wanted
I have a very poor appetite and almost never get the vitamins and minerals recommended. These tablets should help keep my immune system in better shape in case I get the Covid19 virus. The tablets are larger than I can take easily but I can easily cut them in three parts with small scissors and take them through the day.
