The hose is exactly as described, fits my 20+ year-old Miele S200 series vacuum cleaner perfectly! Delivery to my address in the United States was very delayed. The package arrived in New York, USA on 23 July 2021, well within the projected delivery window. I opened an inquiry with the United States Postal Service on 10 August, and the package arrived on 16 August. So the delay was not at all the fault of the seller.

The ad is misleading, says fits Henry hoover, wasn’t clear standard Henry hoovers require different size filters, so when arrived, didn’t fit, packaging also said fit Henry hoover. Asked to return the filter to exchange for the smaller size but keep hoover bags as they were fine but they insisted I return both packages for them to resend both back out to me which would of cost more in postage. Not happy with customer service nor unclear ad for item
