If you buy more than one item out of my shop, please DO NOT pay for anything until I have sent you an adjusted invoice with appropriate postage applied. Otherwise, you may pay more postage costs than necessary.

2. Dispatch & Delivery

Local pickup service is not available.

Items are usually dispatched within 48 working hours ( Monday – Friday ) of cleared payment.

Once dispatched orders usually arrive UK destinations within 1-5 working days.

If your parcel is being despatched out of the UK It can take anywhere between 3-15 working days to arrive.

A slight delay in rare cases could be also possible, so please give it around 10 working days before complaining to us that the item hasn't been received as yet.

Royal Mail requires 15 working days = 3 weeks for items to arrive at UK destinations ( 20 working days = 4 weeks for items to arrive at European destinations, 25 working days = 5 weeks for items to arrive at worldwide destinations) before any claim can be made for lost items. We kindly ask that you allow at least this time frame before contacting us regards items which have not arrived. Until this time frame has passed we will not be able issue replacements for orders which have not arrived.

Great value real leather gaiter
The real leather gaiter looks much better than the original vinyl which had split. While the leather gaiter fits well, it lacks the attachment lugs to keep it secure to the gear stick aperture. Nevertheless the elastic keeps it in place without slipping.

Elasticated Gaiter which is described as 'fits all'
It appears to be a well made gearstick gaiter designed as a 'universal fit'. The gaiter for a SEAT Ibiza 2002-2008 requires cut-outs around the base and needs to be stapled or glued on. This particular eBay gaiter has a round elasticated base which cannot easily be fitted and doesn't stay in place. The only option is to cut away the elasticated band and then cut away the leather to enable stapling. However this would then compromise the whole gaiter and might not be quite large enough anymore. I's a choice of this method where you pay £6.98 or spend another £4 or so and get the genuine article.It appears to be a well made gearstick gaiter designed as a 'universal fit'. Thick leather
If you are looking to replace the standard leather gaiter, please be aware that this leather is a lot thicker than the original. To secure the leather it needs to be sandwiched between the gearstick handle and the black retainer which has teeth on and you have to tuck the leather in between. However as it is a lot thicker, it not possible to completely tuck under. I spent two hours trying to feed it under the gearstick handle and failed as it was too thick to stay in place so I have had to nip and tuck it and then cable tie on the outside of it at the top. Awkward job to do and not worth it as the leather looks nice but doesn’t look good cable tied. Cheap but looks OK.
Looks quite good when fitted, but on my car which it is supposed to fit, there is a ridge at the underside of the gear knob (after removing it), which the small end is supposed to pull over to hold it in place at the top, but the hole is far too small. Had to cut the top bit off the gaiter to make the hole bigger, so the stitching started to fray and had to use a small electrical tie after folding it in on itself, to secure it on the inside and stop it from fraying further. The bottom is only held in place by the elasticated bottom. I wonder how long that will last? Was cheap and looks quite good at the moment though. Worth it
Bit tricky getting the top to fit nicely, solved with a small cable tie. Maybe make it £1 more and put some elastic round the top? Worth the money in any case, tidied my console up a treat
