this says medium stiffness. it is hard enough that if you want to use it, you just dig it out with something metal. then it is easy enough work into your hair. I use it on my eyebrows! But you must dig some out of the tin using some metal the edge of a letter opener or a knife. You can't use your hands unless you have great strong fingernails. If it wasn't not wanting to spend more money, i would be curious to try to softer version.

Unless it was mislabeled that would be very VERY unusual for our Medium Blend, and even that wouldn't be so hard as to need "something metal" to remove it for application. Gee, all you needed to do was contact us.
