Instant pairing. I mean INSTANT. Very good when adding the BT headset while already in a call.. no delay for pairing.. approx 1.5 seconds to connect. Fantastic! My previous Samsung HM7000 (no longer available) allowed me to VOICE DIAL with my Windows Phone, and to direct Cortana to perform various functions; very handy function for safety while driving. THIS model seems unable to do that. It recieves calls well, though callers tell me it is a downgrade in clarity and voice fidelity from my previous (no longer functioning) BT phone adapter. It has yet to acknowledge voice commmands to dial someone from my address book; though it WILL call "last number dialed" with key press, just not by voice command. Handy to receive calls while driving. Does NOT allow safe placement of calls while driving. The user must release the steering wheel and fumble a bit with the phone to find an address book entry and call them. Not reccommended for this function.Read full review

I like the shape of the Bluetooth but the ear piece hurts when inside. It also turns off randomly while talking so I turn it off and then turn it back on and it's good to go. I like the fact that it connects quick 😊. My boyfriend has the same exact one cuz I got them together and his work perfect. He loves it!

The ear piece itself is awesome this my second one. Battery life is long even for talk time. Sound quality on both ends or excellent. My only complaint is the company knows that the ear clamp should be made of metal with a rubber cover over it. I've had this se c Onda one 2 weeks and it broke already. Expecially in the extreme cold because plastic gets brittle and cracks easy. Over all the device is a buy.

A good value for the money but has some issues and is pretty basic. On off switch and volume controls are difficult to adjust on the Fly. Answer/end call switch is overly sensitive. Ear piece is large and doesn't quite fit in the canal. If you step out of range of the phone with the earpiece on, it sometimes doesn't reconnect easily. However, call quality/voice volume on both ends is good though. Paid under $15 for this, so it's still a good value for the money.

I got this for my mother because she complained of sore hands holding the phone during long calls. She has trouble keeping the buttons straight, especially the volume, but she likes it and says it is so lightweight she barely feels it.
