If you're into drawing anime/manga, this book shouldn't be the only one in your collection. It won't teach you how to draw but if you're interested in animation, it will give you a real insight as to how the process works. Theres also some really nice background art in there that may give you some ideas even though you might not do animation itself. As a bonus, the art examples they use are from Moldiver, Armitage, and Tenchi Muyo, some oldies but definitely grade A anime which is a treat that you don't see that often.
I like the book, it is very informative and gives insites into how anime is made. I now understand how all the techniques and drawings are put together. It would be helpful for anyone who wants to learn how anime is made or for a beginner to intermediate level drawer to be able understand the basics of a drawing's movement, proportions, and the basics needed to make it a good picture.

I found this really helpful in working on my drawing abilities. I'm still not perfect, but this book gave me a lot of advise and help.
