    encouraging

    Bought the book because i took a recent interest in the author, but i think i had more expectations(in terms of learning how to become an encourager) than i realized from the book, but all in all it is a book worth reading.

    Great leaders ENCOURAGE others often!

    John Maxwell's principles of leadership have stood the test of time both in & out of the faith-based communities. But if you've read any of his books, you know it's tough to do all of these great skills w/out love & this book is about about loving people & encouraging them! In my opinion, it's a must read!
