Ordered 23/04 given a delivery date of 27th .Hadn't arrived by 29th ,queried and was told it had been posted on the 27th ,queried why I was originally given that date as delivery date ,was told theyed decided the copy they had wasn't good enough and theyed sourced another copy that was posted on the 27th and that if it hadn't arrived by the next 48hrs to get in touch ,3 days later it stilll hadn't arrive queried it again as instructed, did so ,still not here 12 postal days later

I told them it didn't arrive with the other books so they made arrangements to get it to me ASAP. They said it would be despatched within 48 hours and it was despatched within 24. I had it on my doorstep in 3 days, in very good condition as described. Very happy with the price and the service, highly recommended seller. Very professional.
