I contacted the seller and said what happened. I was cast aside because the seller ask what kind of power connector I was using. I mentioned 9 volts and it was meant for the unit. After that, I was on my own. I had to contact the manufacturer about what happened. They sent me an RMA number and an address to have the unit repaired. Took 4 1/2 weeks.
