These clear edible jellies look just like real diamonds. Each of them measures 1cm across and each pack contains 24 diamonds. These little gems are perfect for providing extra special decorations for wedding cakes and cakes for other important occasions. They can be applied to the surface of royal icing by pressing them on to the icing before it has set, or by brushing them with a little water.

    Edible diamonds

    Bought these for decoration for a diamond wedding cake. They look like diamonds. Be careful not to touch them - use tweezers or the shine will dull and the diamonds will start to melt. Don't use water based glue including icing to stick on .
