It was only despatched a week later from the purchase after I opened up a non-reciept of item complaint. Also, the discs were disrespectfully inserted data side up with fingerprints smeared over their surfaces. Not good. But apart from this, the dvds play ok (after a clean) with the box set in an acceptable condition.
