The plaque was as shown on the illustration and arrived very quickly, one slight disappointment was the lack of means of attaching it to the door, which I had expected to be a self adhesive strip of some kind. To be fair it wasn't in the description, but I think for £9.99 it would have been nice to have been supplied with one. Other than that, a very pleasant transaction and a good supplier.
