    Even though the toothbrush was defective, it was not the fault of sellorbuyonline. There was no way to know, since the box was unopened and new. I let sellorbuyonline know the item was defective right away, and she promptly apologized and returned the payment at the same time. I will definitely do business with her again, if the need arises. It was really nice to deal with someone so reputable!

    Thank you so much for this feedback. The only negative feedback I have rec'd (over 20 years) was from a lady who purchased some new product that was also defective, unbeknownst to me. I also issued full refund and told her to keep the product, but after two months she decides to leave negative feedback. (check it out). I tried to contest this action with ebay, but they didn't agree with me. So the negative stands and it hurts me everytime I see my rating. :( So Thanks so Much!!!!
