I Was Told By The Seller That If I Closed The Case They Would Send Me A Replacement Gullet Gauge At Once. They Knew That I Needed It To Know What Size I Would Need For A Youngster Urgently. Apparently They Couldn't Send Me A Replacement Or Even The Tracking Number Until I Had Closed The Case! I Settled For A Refund! We refunded the customer on the 22nd not Ebay.
